Let me tell you about my day…

Petey has been coughing pretty bad so I got him a doctors appointment for today. Now, his mom also wanted to take him to see his Dad. Both of these entail going to Atlantic City (about a 30 minute drive). So why not combine the 2 trips together? Great suggestion.

BUT I can’t transport his power wheelchair. Well he needed to go, so there wasn’t much of a choice. We borrowed someones Explorer and packed it in. Sounds easy, huh? Yeah it’s NOT!

It took 4 of us to get the chair in the back and 2 efforts. The first attempt was thwarted because the chair is too tall. That’s right… we had to pull it half way out and put it on it’s side and angle it back in. Lets just say my Chiropractor wasn’t very happy.

I say all that to say… Help us get that van! Start sending people to the site. Start blogging about it. Start utilizing your social networks to get this story out to the masses. We can’t do it alone! Thank you for your help.
