He is turning 13! Just think of how cool it will be WHEN I pull up to his house that night to take him out in a brand new van with a ramp. What a present! You see Petey loves to swim! It is an amazing feeling for him to be able to “walk” in the shallow end. The water supports his weight and makes it possible for him to “walk”.
